Valero has approximately 5,800 retail and wholesale stores in the United States. RWallace Consulting was asked to develop a time entry system for the store-based employees. These stores are located throughout the United States and require business rule implementation to match current work and overtime laws per state. This time entry system had to be extremely easy to use, allow store manager and human resource overrides, and interact with other payroll systems. The project was accomplished within a few months and was successfully rolled out to all store locations.

With over 123 cafeteria style restaurants throughout the Southwest, Lubys was in need of upgrades and maintenance for their internal applications. RWallace Consulting was able to revise their current application used for reviewing and providing accurate reports and to create a versatile interface that allow end-users to review, edit and manage daily store totals.

High Falls Brewing Company, which is based in Rochester, New York, is one of the largest and oldest continually operating breweries in the United States. RWallace Consulting provided them with application support for their Content Management System (CMS). We improved and updated and their CMS into a workable application with great success. Their new CMS provides their end users the ability to stay informed about brand strategies as well as provide support for multi-media files to better promote their products.

Eye Care Centers of America, Inc. operates or manages over 400 optical retail stores in 37 states and the District of Columbia through 11 store names that are leaders in eye care service in each of their respective markets. When ECCA need to update their systems to become HIPAA compliant, they turned to RWallace Consulting. RWallace Consulting provided data designs to handle the tough HIPAA regulations as well as application development to utilize the new backend system. RWallace Consulting provided the nightly team build services, developed the data access and database, and provided input and support for both the user interface and business application layers.

MySchoolYear offers online homeschooling recording keeping and report generation to help lift the burden of many homeschooling family who find it necessary to keep track of their day to day activities or to generate important documents. RWallace Consulting completely designed the robust system from the ground up.

Mpower Retail Energy, LP, is a leading retail electric company operating in Texas and based in Houston. With an ever expanding demands to provide customer invoices, RWallace Consulting fully automated a completely manual process. The project consisted of uploading millions of energy usage records, automating complex billing processing, managing customers and contracts, and generating monthly billing statements for their customers. The project was successful and the system was upgraded and enhanced throughout its lifecycle. Mpower was purchased by a competitor in 2007.
